Rude staff, very unpleasant and spoilt the last day of our holiday by demanding we leave early even though we should have had the boat until 9.30am. we were made to leave by 8.15am. Unprofessional way of working

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. We started a weeks holiday on a canal boat from here and had a great holiday.
