Worst organized rental company I’ve ever experienced. We (and most other customers we talked to) had to wait 5 full hours for our boat to be cleaned even though we arrived exactly at the agreed time. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all, continuously promising they would send the cleaning crew but not actually doing it. Boats were also dated and not in good shape, also not very clean and very moldy (see attached photo of mattress before they put linen on it).Definitely don’t recommend

Well operated marina with friendly and helpful staff. Gérôme is an asset to the company and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

Boats are in a functional stage, but the infrastructure is not maintained. Direction Strasburg the lock personal is incompetent and unsafe. We stood 45 minutes in one lock at Lutzelbourg (lock22) because of VNf incompetence. All in all nice experience, but the infrastructure is degrading fast.

Terrible organisation, terrible service (had to wait more than 4 hours for the vote to get cleaned), boat in pretty bad shape. Won’t do again and can only warn people to use this company

Wonderful experience boating in Alsace. But even though we paid a lot of money for the boat, it was dated, worn down, tired. I recommend renting elsewhere than Le Boat.The Hesse base is well equipped as it is one of the home bases for Le Boat. But he habour isn’t cozy. So only go if you need a boat, water or electricity.
